Additionally, we offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for customers interested in cost-effective outsourcing solutions.
A team is made available on-site to provide supervision and support during the installation and commissioning activities.
The team is trained in all aspects of the system and after the commissioning is completed, they conduct a training program for the operators and supervisors to ensure the handover of the new system is seamless.
If the customer opts for Annual Maintenance Contracts after the warranty period is over, a team will be assigned to take over the maintenance of products and systems and ensure minimal downtime. This helps customers reduce their fixed overheads and allows them to concentrate on their priorities.
