Arjun Soota

With over 30 years of experience in the Banking and Corporate sector, Arjun Soota has held diverse roles in top-tier financial institutions and multinational groups. Since 2021, he has served as a Director on the Board of Hamilton Research & Technology Private Limited. In the last 8 years, he has taken on independent advisory and non-executive Director roles for both Indian and international companies, providing strategic insights into business development, corporate finance, and fund-raising.

Arjun’s result-oriented leadership is grounded in his core values of integrity and excellence. His track record includes deal origination and execution across a broad range of products and markets, with a focus on the telecom, digital infrastructure, and technology sectors. Over the years, Arjun has worked in Asia and Africa, developing new businesses and fostering strong client relationships.

Previously, Arjun has helmed organisations such as Standard Chartered Bank, Millicom International Cellular, JP Morgan, ABN AMRO Bank, and ANZ Grindlays Bank. Arjun holds a B.A. in Economics from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, and a Post-graduate Diploma in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Ajay Tandon

Throughout his career, Ajay Tandon has served in executive and non-executive roles on the boards of 19 companies. Currently, he is an Independent Director at Hamilton Research and Technology Ltd., and an advisor to Hamilton & Company. In addition to this, he is a Director at S&S Power Switchgear Ltd., FatPipe Networks Pvt Ltd., and Arjas Steel Pvt. Ltd.

Ajay brings over 34 years of rich experience in the Automotive sector. He was the MD & CEO and former President of Tata AutoComp Systems (TACO). In 2015 he was recognised as the Best CEO of the Year by the Indian Institute of Materials Management.

As MD & CEO of Tata AutoComp Systems, he oversaw 12 business units, spread across America, Mexico, Spain, China and Japan, managing a turnover of ₹4900 crores and a global workforce of 7,000 employees. Prior to this, he was CEO of Tata Johnson Controls for 2 years, he also spent over 6 years at General Motors, followed by 9 years at Godrej & Boyce and an 8-year tenure at a Joint Venture between Godrej and General Electric.

Ajay holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras and a PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad.

Vikas Arora

Vikas Arora has been a leader in the technology and engineering space for over two decades.

He is the Managing Director & CEO of Hamilton Research & Technology Private Limited, a company specialising in retrofit solutions for aluminium plants. The company leverages its deep industry knowledge and robust in-house design & development capabilities, to enable aluminium plants to achieve self-reliance, profitability, and sustainability. The company, under his leadership, has achieved commendable growth, with a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of over 40% over the last 14 years.

Prior to this, Vikas served as the Assistant General Manager at Hindalco Industries Limited. His tenure at Hindalco was marked by significant improvements in control systems availability and operational efficiency. He started his career with Hamilton Research & Technology and rose up to the rank of Vice President, Technical.

His leadership philosophy centers around empowering his team to make independent decisions. Vikas advocates for transparency, accountability, and open collaboration, further encouraging fresh perspectives and continuous exchange of new ideas.

His MBA degree in Operations from Indian Management Technology CDL, Ghaziabad and Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from DAV College Muzaffarnagar, equips him with a solid foundation in both technical and business aspects.

Krishnakumar Ramanathan

Krishnakumar Ramanathan is a seasoned leader in the industrial products sector with over three decades of experience. He is the Managing Director and Group CEO of S&S Power Switchgear Limited, a company with a nearly 50-year legacy. Under his guidance, S&S Power continues to excel in providing reliable disconnectors, protection & control panel solutions in the transmission and distribution (T&D) sector and retrofit solutions for aluminium industry globally.

Previously, Krishnakumar served as CEO of Siemens Large Drives India, overseeing medium-xvoltage motor and drive production, managing turnkey electrical and automation packages for cement and mining industries, and comprehensive lifecycle services. His extensive experience spans across engineering equipment, cement, steel, power, and food & beverages sectors. Throughout his career, he has forged strong partnerships with clients, developing tailored solutions for industries and utilities. Having worked extensively in India and Europe, he has enhanced his cross-cultural business acumen.

He currently chairs the Technology and Innovation Support Council at the Indian Electrical and Electronics Manufacturers' Association (IEEMA). He has also held key positions in national councils of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI). Additionally, he has chaired the IEEMA Raw Material Division and East Zone, contributing substantially to the industry's growth and development.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, a Postgraduate Diploma in Technology Management from the European School of Management & Technology, and an M.Tech in Software Systems with a specialisation in Data Analytics from BITS Pilani. His educational background complements his extensive industry experience, enabling him to lead S&S Power with a combination of technical expertise and strategic insight.

Ashish is deeply committed to technological innovation and drives advancements in the field of aluminium process automation as the Founder and Director of Hamilton Research and Technology Private Limited.

Additionally, his role in organisations, such as S&S Power Switchgear, Acrastyle Limited, and Excel Telesonic, underscores his extensive expertise in electrical equipment and telecom infrastructure. Under his leadership, Bombay Gas Co Ltd has seen the creation of a state-of-the-art 350 km optical fibre network across Mumbai, enhancing telecommunications infrastructure in India.
